2. Eligibility for Refunds

You may request a refund if you meet all of the following conditions:

  • You purchase a standalone course or resource and request a refund within 14 days of the original purchase date
  • You subscribe to a monthly membership and request cancellation and refund within the first 7 days of the billing cycle
  • You experience technical issues that prevent access to the purchased content, and our support team is unable to resolve them within 5 business days

3. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refunds:

  • Gift card purchases or credit packages
  • Completed course modules or downloaded digital materials
  • Annual or multi-month subscriptions after the initial 7-day trial period
  • Fees for rescheduled or missed live sessions or workshops

4. How to Request a Refund

5. Refund Processing

  • We will assess eligibility and notify you of our decision within 5 business days
  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days

6. Cancellations

  • You may cancel any subscription at any time via your account dashboard
  • Cancellation prevents future billing but does not automatically trigger a refund unless within the trial period
